About Us
Bee Happy Consignment, LLC is a semiannual children’s consignment sale that has been operating in the State College area since 2007. The sale began in a small room of a local school and has operated under the names "Rugrats Resale" and "Just Kids" before new ownership and a new name in 2023! Along with this change came a new location, announcement coming soon!
MISSION STATEMENT- The mission of Bee Happy Consignment is to recycle, repurpose, and reuse gently used children's items; to provide all families in Central Pennsylvania with opportunities to make money by selling outgrown items and to purchase gently-used necessities at an affordable price. We aim to "give back" and we work with local non-profit groups within the community to donate items at the end of each sale.

🌟 Introducing the New Owners of Rugrats Resale / Just Kids! 🌟 (October, 2023)
We are thrilled to announce that we, Melissa and Brian Borgoyn, are the proud new owners of Rugrats Resale and Just Kids. We will operate under new ownership and a new name, Bee Happy Consignment! We wanted to take a moment to introduce ourselves and share our excitement about this new chapter in addition to some changes and enhancements coming soon, too!
We are the proud parents of Anna (age 9), Lucy (age 7) and Jack (age 1.) We both attended and graduated from Penn State University and have deep connections and ties to the PSU community.
With a combined 25 years of business experience and 6+ years of social media and marketing expertise, we are confident in our ability to take Central PA consignment opportunities to new heights.
We’ve lived all over Maryland and Pennsylvania during the last ten years, and during that time (while teaching Middle School and juggling raising babies) Melissa developed a love for the consignment industry! For years she has fostered a deep passion for the process of building a community brand and the incredible opportunities it brings, especially to frugal Moms and educators!
We are dedicated to making some amazing changes that will benefit both our customers and consignors. Along with our new name comes new locations, new technology, more opportunities to work at the sale for a higher consignor percentage, and increased community involvement. We believe that by working together, we can create a thriving and supportive community.
